AI won’t kill Google... here’s what will

This month, the US Justice Department declared Google’s search monopoly illegal, and proposed breaking up the company.

I don’t see why the US Justice Department should have all the fun, so I, too, am now declaring the impending death of Google.

I don’t think it’ll be the US Justice Department, however, that’ll deal the death blow.

I don’t think it’ll be AI, either. Google might have bungled the launch of Gemini, but I don’t think it matters. Far from killing Google, AI slots seamlessly into their business model.

I think it’ll be Open Web Mind that’ll kill Google.

OK, I know, I know, there’s a long way to go before Google will even be aware of Open Web Mind, let alone see it as a threat.

But hear me out on this...
